Garlic Asapargus

Asparagus is pretty darn tasty,  it’s even better when it’s cooked very simply.

Garlic Asparagus:

  • 1 large bunch of asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Heat the olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and asparagus spears; cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the asparagus is tender.
