I love this recipe. I would make it every night if I could, it’s so simple and satisfying.
Honey and Balsamic Pork Chops:
Recipe for 4 pork chops
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the pork chops along with the ingredients in a large zip-lock bag and marinade for 4 hours or longer (preferably overnight). Before you’re ready to cook, take out the pork chops and pat them dry with paper towel. Preheat a large skillet to a medium high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the pork chops for about 5-6 minutes on each side, it will vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
