My kitchen is tiny. It’s probably the same size as your bathroom. It might even have a toilet in there, I really can’t tell what’s in there amongst all the clutter  I’m working on that clutter though. IBK was designed to prove (to me, mostly) that you don’t need lots of space to create delicious food. There might even be a few posts on how to utilise what space you have.

I’m not a master chef, I don’t have a book deal, gosh, I only found out how amazing cast iron cookware is 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I found out how annoying cast iron is to upkeep. IBK is a learning experience that I wish to share with others.
